In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2-3 days of receipt of the products. (Riukh request the customers to share the unboxing video as proof.). In case of any Refunds approved by the Riukh, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Riukh is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
